I came to the shop at 7:30pm, yesterday, Thursday September 3rd, real close to closing hours, concerned whether I was gonna be helped. For my pleasant surprise I was very professionally assitstd by Giovanni and Rachel. Not only they did my oil change and performed several checks on my car, they were very attentious, kind and informative! This business is very lucky to have them as employees. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change needs. Thanks a lot!
Amazed by the service by Randy and Madison today. It was my first time visiting Take 5. I chose them because of later hours, but will keep coming back because of the above and beyond customer service. My check engine light came on and they checked all the key points despite the time being close to close to closing. I recommend this location to anyone who needs trustworthy, reliable service that includes local recommendations for maintenance and tires, general advice, detailed work orders, and free top-offs for repeat customers 😊
I stopped by Take 5 for an oil change yesterday around 3 PM, and it was a great experience from start to finish. It was a hot afternoon, so I really appreciated being greeted with a cold bottle of water as soon as I arrived. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the experience even better. The service was quick, professional, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. It's not often you find a place with such great customer service and a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing an oil change!
