I had an excellent experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. They changed my oil, replaced all of my filters, and even took the time to fix my glove compartment without me having to ask. They were very thorough, making sure every detail was checked and taken care of. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, but this team definitely does. I left feeling confident that my vehicle had been well taken care of. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!
Sean and Austin are INCREDIBLE. They had me in and out and made sure that I had absolutely everything that I needed to stay safe on the road roads! I got an oil change and A coolant swap! I would’ve never thought to check the coolant, so I’m thankful that they check everything needed to keep my car running Beautifully! Update: went back a year later.. still excellent. Won’t go anywhere else in town!
My husband and I are visiting from out of state. We needed an oil change and always use take 5. This is our first time at this Searcy Arkansas location. We have had nothing but impeccable, friendly, efficient, thorough, professional customer service!! Kudos to James at take 5!! We highly recommend anyone coming here!!
