At first, I was a bit upset because it was taking entirely too long to get on my vehicle. When they finally came over to the bay I was in to do the oil change, however, I realized they were training new employees. They had my oil change complete within exactly 10 minutes and was able to warn me of a couple issues for future repair. They didn't talk to me, a woman, like I was dumb...instead, they made me feel like I mattered. As an ugly individual, I'm used to being treated poorly wherever I go, especially by men, but these guys didn't treat me any differently then I saw them treating the other 3 customers that were there. So after all was said and done, I have decided that this is the only place I will let change my oil. I'm sorry, but you cannot beat it with a stick. They even top your oil off up to 2 quarts in between changes, and that's extremely valuable to me as a single mother. Thanks, Take 5, and I apologize for my initial gripe about time. It was just hot and I'm a big ol cry baby!
Take 5 is ALWAYS top notch! They keep your records to go by and won’t change your oil just because you show up saying you need an oil change. When I went to get my oil changed, they said my oil still looked brand new. They did top it off for me and didn’t charge me a dime. They’re always super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. If you need a filter or something changed, they show you your current one so you can see why they’re doing it. They send discount coupons to save you money on your next service if you provide your email. And they always have a cold, fresh iced water to offer you upon arrival! Such a pleasurable, thorough experience, where I feel like my vehicle and me have been babied, and treated with the upmost respect and responsibility. They even checked my tire pressures for me. 100% Satisfies and Happy customer here!
