John and Joaquin were awesome! Super friendly, thorough, informative, knowledgeable and FAST. They explained everything as they went, answered our questions, and never made us feel pressured into anything. My honey and I actually jokingly argued beforehand because he always goes to Plaza Tire, and I was determined to talk him into trying Take 5 because I did NOT want to spend half the day waiting on an oil change 😂 Safe to say, I won this battle because we were in and out ridiculously fast and even Jason is officially a fan now. Such a great experience all around. We’ll definitely be back for future oil changes and services. Thanks, John and Joaquin, for taking such good care of us!
My Experience was quite unusual from other businesses that provide oil changes. It was very pleasant to say the least. Both young men were professional, courteous, funny, personable, entertaining, and really cool guys. In fact, we discovered that we had some mutual interest in things. They Both are worthy of at least a small hourly increase in their wages. They were the kind of employees that make people want to absolutely return and I will definitely be one of them. Bravo, gentlemen. Bravo!
My first oil change for my 2026 Ford Escape. At first I was uneasy about their capabilities to service my vehicle. The manager John assured me that they had the correct oil for my vehicle. He walked his technician through the process and did most of the service himself. They were patient with me and I was patient with them and ended with good results.
