When I think of top tier service, I absolutely it derives from a passion to take care of people. No matter what line of work we're in. When I came to the store, I was just looking for an oil change, and little did I know that I would meet such a genuinely real group of folks. I was in and out before the time limit mentioned online, offered water, made sure I was comfortable and even was told to stop them if I need anything mid process. Way to go team. Outstanding experience.
The young men who provided my service were very polite and attentive to my needs. They were respectful of my time and my vehicle. It was the end of the day and they were still smiling! They took time and explained the services that were being provided. I trusted them completely. They appreciated my patronage and I will be returning!!!!!
It was a good experience. The young man who took my info could have been a little more customer-focused, but maybe he’s shy. Keandra delivered great customer service, and left me feeling confident that my oil change was done properly (BMW). I left there feeling like I had received dealership service, if not better! The district manager, whom I spoke with prior to, told me they would take care of me and they did!! (JKF)
