The staff worked as a team. I just had to sit in my car with a free bottle of cold water they provided. They did all the work as I sat there. They were amazingly thorough and asked me if I’d like to replace the filters after showing me the condition of same. I received full information on topics such as the difference in the oils available. They brought to my attention to a part that was never screwed back in by a prior auto repair business and took care of it for me. All staff were friendly and willing to explain every detail of the work handled. They worked extremely efficiently. I didn’t “time” my stay there, but I believe it was right around 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Take 5 Oil Change (which is much more than just an oil change) to others.
Offered me a cold bottle of water when I arrived. Gave me clear options for my oil change. Very friendly. Helpful and empathetic when I had no idea where my hood release was! Replaced my air filter which was original and in need. Had to wait for another filter to come from an auto parts store, but they were very kind in their explanations and gave me a significant discount. The manager of this store is very professional. I know much more about my car leaving than when I arrived!
Wonderful service, the guys were so nice and helpful. Jake greeted us within 10 seconds of pulling up & offered us a cold water bottle (which was nice because it was 95 degrees out). Jake & Greyson explained everything & made recommendations as they were changing my oil. They were super quick and friendly, would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
