The staff was excellent!!! He explained and displayed everything that needed to be replaced. He was genuine in his responses to my questions and didn’t seem like he was just trying g to make a sale. He made sure he looked for discounts where they could be applied and saved me money. I’ll definitely be back to the Maumelle location.
Came in today; thank the Lord I came on time because there was nobody here🙌🏾. Sweet soul by the name of Robbie, serviced me on today! He made sure I was taken care of!! He was super kind and funny!!! Made sure my filters were cleaned and replaced as well! Thomas came shortly after to inform me about my coolant and made sure to let me know it needed to be replaced! Thanks to Robbie and Thomas for an enjoyable service on today! God bless you both 🙏🏾
They are honest, friendly, and professional. I was actually impressed with the vehicle services conducted. I would like to personally acknowledge staff member Geo and his amazing crew during my visit, in which everything was efficient, reliable, and quickly completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this particular location for all your general autocare needs, especially oil changes and other services including coolant, wipers or cabin/air filters. No scheduled appointment is necessary and that makes it even more convenient. Will definitely return again in the near future, as they seem to really make sure your vehicle is prepared for every season. Job well done!
