⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my 2003 car to Take 5 in Jonesboro, AR for an oil change, and I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was extremely hot outside, and they even offered us water, which I really appreciated. They took the time to explain everything to me, answer my questions, and help me out along the way. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Take 5, for taking such good care of me and my car! ❤️🚗
Nicole the assistant manger was very unprofessional and it took over 2 hours to get my car in and finished! Then as soon as I left my car died now I have to take it to the shop to see what she messed up! My car was fine besides needing an oil change!
Friendly staff! They also told me about an oil leak and where it was leaking. They were very busy but explained to me up front that it would be a longer wait time. They gave me an ice cold water to drink while waiting!
