Oil Change Reviews in Hot Springs, AR

I stopped by the Albert Pike location Sunday for an oil change, due to the fact that my days off work are of course, the days my regular mechanic is closed. I was greeted by one of the techs with a bottle of water before even getting started. They checked the air filter and changed it out, and were thorough with checks on everything else. Super polite and sweet young gentleman. I will definitely be back
The mod and service person says TRA next to it on the recipe, so whoever you are, you were so pleasant and professional and so were the other two guys working. Looks like a Mötley Crüe at first, with a grunge guy, a guy with one arm and pink hair, and The managerTRA who looked like he could’ve been on the set of family matters (in the coolest way). The underdogs always come out on top. You guys rule
Last year when I needed my oil changed, I went to a competitor. That was a mistake. They took forever to look at my car, almost kept it for two days, and I got overcharged. So I took my car to Take 5 and got a much better deal. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, the staff was super nice and didn't make me feel stupid, and I got a great deal. I will never make the mistake of going anywhere else from now on!
