Oil Change in Harrison, AR at 1411 US-65.

I stopped in first thing in the morning after getting out of a graveyard shift this past Friday. I hate that I can't remember the guy's name but hopefully y'all can look at yalls schedule and give him some recognition. There were 2 guys on shift and one went above and beyond. I think you'll know which is which (the other guy did his job well. Zero complaints. He just wasn't as involved) Anyway, the guy who did my change was very friendly. He took the time to quell my shame a bit at having driven over my mileage. I was mortified at the color of the oil and he made sure to explain that the color isn't necessarily indicative of bad oil due to the temperature that engines run at. He also explained the differences in oil and oil filters and how they can be beneficial if you aren't the best about staying on schedule(and in a way that didn't feel like he was talking AT me, ya know?). He didn't try to sell me extra stuff but he was very knowledgeable and willing to share. He also told me about my AC air filter which I had no idea existed. Went to change it and, low and behold, a mouse was living in there. (My car is only a couple years old and never stays parked long so wtf)Now I'm not THAT bad about maintenance but how has NO ONE mentioned this filter before?? Lmao apparently it should be changed yearly. He mentioned his girlfriend working in healthcare and how he has a lot of respect for our field but knows it doesn't leave a ton of time for chores or life maintenance so I shouldn't feel embarrassed. So now I have a strong AC, a happy engine, and wont feel so nervous going in for maintenance next time. It's not often that a woman goes into any vehicle related environment and leaves feeling like they not only learned something but had a pleasant interaction with the workers. It's just not a field that really requires that kind of customer service. BUT. being talked down to is a huge reason I put off the maintenance sometimes. That's why this little interaction was good for me. ♥️ So here to say thank you, stranger man who's name I never got! (Also their military discount is INCREDIBLE)

Speed and convenience. These guys are great. I said I wanted the air filter change he took it out and showed it to me and let me know it would be good till the next time I was in. I appreciated the honesty. My service may have been a little longer then 30 mins, but they changed the oil as well as the antifreeze, so it was a very reasonable time frame. The staff is always happy, friendly and helpful.

Tessa is the BEST! she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you to the best of your ability and keep your vehicle in good working condition! She is an absolute BLESSING! I have been to other take 5s that ha e taken advantage amd she ALONE has made up for all of that in the past just by doing what she genuinely can to help you out. I HIGHLY suggest this take 5 in harrison Arkansas. I drive an hour out of my way just to come get service from her and her team! This human alone deserves a gold star medal for being a genuinely kind and helpful human being and we should all learn from her how to truly do your job and make other feels heard and get the issue fixed! I give 1 MILLION STARS 🌟 🤩 and they gave us their last popsicle while waiting in this heat. They have their heads on right and and care about their job. I literally will never go anywhere else again because of the immaculate service ive been provided here every single time I visit! TESSA deserves a raise!!! And a praise yall!!! 👏 thank you Tessa!
