I read the reviews people had posted about Take 5 Oil Change being expensive and was apprehensive about getting my oil changed there. I decided to try it out for myself! I AM SO GLAD I DID!! The people who work there are nice, knowledgeable, and explain everything to you! You are told the prices of the different types of oil changes and oil they offer. You are given the option for them to replace stuff such as a new oil filter and are told the added price it will be. No hidden fees and no pushy sales person. I had a coupon too so that helped with the price of my oil change! They also checked my tires and put air in them, topped off my windshield wiper fluid, and cleaned my windshield. I sat in my car with my daughter and mother while they did everything! I will DEFINITELY be going to Take 5 again for my next oil change and the one after that and the one after that…..
Excellent service!! They are all very professional and courteous. Greeted me with an ice cold bottle of water, had all my pervious information so they knew just what I needed. They did wash my windshield and checked all the tires for air pressure that is recommended information inside my door. I'm very confident in their abilities. Thank you Take 5, see you next time!!
Great service, fast when it was my turn. I heard the mechanic cal out "full service", but I told him that I wanted only an oil change. I'm sure full service would have been fine, I was just in a slight hurry to have my overdue oil changed. Thanks Take 5!
