Oil Change in Fort Smith, AR at 2002 Zero St.

I visited Take 5 yesterday to get my car ready for a long trip, and the whole experience was genuinely wonderful. Kevin and his team went above and beyond — they explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and treated me with such kindness. It’s rare to walk away from car maintenance feeling taken care of, but that’s exactly how they made me feel. My car is ready for the road, and I left with a smile. Big thanks to Kevin and the whole team.

I was misled by the TAKE-5 1-800 number to think I was getting an Oil Change for $24.95 ( Basic Service ) with the 50% off coupon. BUT that was not at all the deal. For the Basic Oil Change Service it was $84. And some change plus tax. The reason I’m giving TAKE 5 a 4-Star Review is because of the customer service I had. The gentleman who was explaining everything to me was very polite, professional and funny. He took the time to make sure I understood everything he was telling me. He also was educating me about air filters. Which turns out they are extremely important for us to keep them changed on a regular basis inside and under the hood. So it may not have been a $25 oil change but like the gentleman said if you want a $25 oil change that’s exactly what you would get, a $25 oil change. Which means it would not have been what my car needed. But in truth it was worth what I paid and they were quick and friendly as well as accommodating. The first the other guy did was walk out to me and my daughter and asked how we’re doing and if we would like a water. A cold water. So yes. I recommend TAKE 5 to anyone who needs a quick and reliable oil change with friendly professional assistance!!

I went yesterday after work to get my oil changed and pulled up at the Take 5. There were a few cars already in the bays, but I already didn't expect to be first in line. They got done relatively quickly and headed over to me (after giving me some nice cold water) and guided me in. I wish I could remember all of those names but the first guy gives me a thumbs up and tells me how awesome it was to have someone pull into the bay perfectly. Made me giggle, then the entire time I was there it was nothing but friendly banter and jokes and laughing while everything was getting done. As I'm about to leave I asked if they had topped up my washer fluid because I was tired of my car acting so dramatically over it and throwing a warning on my dash, and they graciously filled it the top! All in all, perfect service and so quick and the guys are ALWAYS so nice and friendly! Give them a raise, because they did more than was required of their work!!!
