Above and Beyond is an understatement. Ken and Roger took unbelievable care of me. I had an engine problem as soon as I left the place and even though it didn't have anything to do with the work they had done, they went above and beyond to help me not only diagnose the problem but helped me find a cheap way to get it fixed. I was in my parents car and I'm in town to move them to KC with me. This could've turned into a disaster. But thanks to these 2 fine gentlemen the crisis was averted. Give these men a rise
Super friendly + fast! I love that I did not have to exit my vehicle & they had an attendant specifically designated to handle communication from the “pit crew” to me, like I was part of the team! They showed me things that needed to be changed, like the engine filter. As well as things that could go a bit longer. For example, my glove compartment air filter! I opted to change it. NEVER knew my car had an internal air filter, did you?!! They also provided a bottle of cold water! My experience was amazing 🤩 🚗
When I called the number listed for the rogers location i was routed to a call center and was quoted 70 ish dollars for my make and model volvo, with a coupon. At the location it was a little over 100, with a coupon. Still about what I would pay for the oil alone and I didn't have to mess with it. They siphon the oil out instead of removing the drain plug so not as good, over all i was satisfied.
