Shane and Jared were amazing!! I’m not normally the type to leave reviews but I just had to with Take 5. They were so kind and friendly, fast and went over and beyond for me. I was there to get an oil change and not only were they giving a really good discount, on top of it they fixed my glove box for me for free when they noticed it was incorrectly put in. As a young woman who doesn’t know much at all about cars, I feel extremely comfortable going here. They explain everything to me when I ask and never make me feel belittled or like they’re trying to get more money out of me as most places do. They definitely got a customer in me!!
My daughter, grandkids and I were on a road trip from Texas to Michigan recently in our Toyota Sienna. We were approaching Cabot, Arkansas at around 7pm, when our "check engine" light came on. We knew that could be bad, so we took the first exit we could to look for a gas station. To our surprise we saw a Take Five Oil Change and it was still open! We felt a sense of relief! As soon as we got there, Jared and Jordan were taking care of us. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They scanned the code for the car. Found out it was a sensor issue and we could safely get down the road before we needed to address the issue. We went ahead and had an oil change since we were a bit overdue. They did a complete check on the car ... discovered a very dirty air filter and changed it (with a $10 discount). Everything done at a reasonable price. The best thing was peace of mind that our car was safe to drive. Very impressed with the outstanding service we received. Thank you!
First time getting my oil changed here. The staff was awesome. There was a few obstacles my oil plug was stripped and they could not get my oil out with the fluid extractor. The guy could of easily told me they couldn't change it. But he didn't stop until he got my stripped plug out and replaced it with a new one. And I needed a new cabin air filter which they did not have in stock. But they got me one ordered and delivered in a timely manner. And now my air conditioner is FINALLY blowing like it is suppose to. Thanks to the staff for the honesty, positive energy, and the professionalism! Also for fixing a few of my minor problems! THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I WILL GET MY OIL CHANGED FROM NOW ON!!
