All the technicians are so courteous, I like how they explain what they are doing or working on. The manager Trevor answered all my questions and explained so plain and simple words. They are so helpful in whatever issues related to to your vehicle. I like the fact they go the extra mile mile on what they do… with excellent costumer service. This has been my second time I’ve gone there to get my oil change and other maintenance services.
10/10 amazing service! I needed an oil change for a few weeks and decided pay Take 5 a visit, and I'm sure glad I did. Nicholas and Isaiah were working in 100+ degree heat and still preformed my trucks inspection flawlessly. They walked me through all the ins and outs of the service, as well as recommending additional ways I can maintain my vehicle in the future. An absolutely spectacular experience, I certainly recommend.
I had a great experience getting my oil changed, which is amazing for such a daunting task as a young woman lol. I especially want to thank Nickolas! He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. He has the kind of attitude and work ethic that really stands out. I hope the company recognizes what an asset he is!
