Oil Change in Bentonville, AR at 903 NW 2nd St.

Isaiah and Nick provided exceptional service in resolving an issue caused by another technician at a different Take 5 location. That previous tech had overtightened my oil filter cap so badly that it wouldn’t come off at all. They gave me 3 options: 1. Escalate the issue up the chain, which would take weeks to resolve. 2. Make a trip to another shop. 2. Let them cut the stuck cap off and replace it with a new one so I could finish my oil change without running around to other shops. I went with option 2. They took personal responsibility for another tech's mistake and spent over two hours working on it. Because it was near closing, I left the car overnight so they could finish cutting off the cap and installing the replacement first thing the next morning. They wrapped it up quickly the next day, gave me the oil change for free to make up for my wait, gave me a 25% discount on other services (coolant change and air filter replacement), and threw in coupons for future visits. The way they handled and resolved this situation was exceptional. Highly recommend both of them for your next service!

This is my go back to company for oil changes. These folks are great and they really outshine their competitors by a long shot. They explain everything, make suggestions and treat you like a real person. They continue to provide excellent services and I highly recommend Take 5 on North Walton Blvd in Bentonville.

All the technicians are so courteous, I like how they explain what they are doing or working on. The manager Trevor answered all my questions and explained so plain and simple words. They are so helpful in whatever issues related to to your vehicle. I like the fact they go the extra mile mile on what they do… with excellent costumer service. This has been my second time I’ve gone there to get my oil change and other maintenance services.
