Very impressive. I was greeted with a very cold bottle of water. This was a big deal because it was a hot day. I was directed into the bay, at that time I was asked to pick from 3 packages that were offered. Was told in detail what came with each package. Once I picked my package 3 technicians went to work. Working together like a well oiled machine. While they were at work the Bay Manager explained to me all the other services they offered. Once the technicians were done a double check was done. All of this took place while I am still sitting in my vehicle. Paid my bills and was sent on my way. This will not be my place to go for oil changes
I usually get maintenance done at the dealership or Valvoline. Take 5 was CLOSER to me and am I glad I chose to go there. I was IN AND OUT and DID NOT break the bank for an oil change, new air and cabin filter! I was greeted with a cold bottle of water which is always welcomed being in Yuma! Ricky was so great! His team all greeted me and presented my new filters before replacing them. I LOVE THAT! Take 5 give military discounts and Ricky found me a coupon for one of my filters! I had a very productive day and it started with these professionals! Thank you!!!
