I absolutely loved my experience coming here recently. I came mainly for an oil change, but wound up doing a little more. While the services here are a little more expensive than some other places, it's entirely worth the price, because they go above and beyond to provide great service. Upon first arriving, they will offer you an ice cold bottle of water, which is essential for such a place like Tucson where it really gets hot, especially in the afternoon. From there, they made sure to continually apprise me of the progress and let me know how long it would take to get serviced. The afternoon I went there, the line was a little long due to the fact that there were two others in front of me, so the updates were welcomed. One of the things that they do here is try to upsell you other services like changing the air filter, replacing the wiper blades, among others, which can be a turnoff for some. However, due to the fact that it was monsoon season, I wound up replacing my wiper blades as well as replacing the coolant in my engine. The result was a much heftier price than I anticipated, but for my needs, it was worth it for the speed and convenience.

I was denied services due to an unexplained note the previous manager put on my file. This upset me because I had no clue why. The next day I called the manager, he looked into this and apologize for the misunderstanding. I was able to get my oil changed with no problem the following day. I truly appreciate the time and effort this manager took to assist me. He also educated me on how my engine could run better which I took note of to get done before my next oil change.

I've been coming to this Take 5 Oil Change location on River Rd. for about two years, and I can't say enough good things about the team. The guys here are always friendly, professional, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Every visit has been a positive experience. They get me in and out quickly, never pressure me into services I don't need, and always treat me with respect. It's nice to go somewhere where they remember you and make you feel welcome. After two years of great service, they've definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and friendly service.
