A big thank you to Jakob and Christian for providing outstanding customer service! They were both knowledgeable, informative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their patience, clear explanations, and willingness to take the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you both for making the experience so positive!
It was such a nice experience first time we went there and the guys were so nice. Explaining everything and being helpful.Nigel was super customer service oriented. It was very different from some other places. I think they might have a customer for life. Way to go guys.♥️
Last visit was nearly catastrophic. The tech fumbled the new oil filter install and by the time I got home, 12 miles later, the last bit of fresh oil dribbled on my driveway. Take 5 refunded my money and gave me a coupon for my next visit. This was the next visit and it seems to have gone much better. A tip: ask the tech to show you the old filter so you can confirm its complete removal. Sometimes the old gasket doesn't completely peel away and obstructs a good seal when the new filter's installed.
