I was so happy working with Michael & Lucas, on 8/18/26. They both patiently explained what I needed & did a great job changing & replacing what, due to my illness, I had ignored for too long. They were very courteous & answered my many questions clearly & in detail. I am very impressed & will return for next service. Please thank them both for me. (Duramax full syn lube, air filter, cabin filter & coolant exchange. Sorry, I couldn't do this in area below, for reason I didn't figure out)
This was my first time using a Take 5 and it was a very positive experience. I was assisted by Niah Ortez and impressed enough to get her name so I could leave this review. It’s as much about her as it was the general service. We discussed options for my car and I was told about the variety of services I can have done at Take 5. And while this visit was at a location in Tucson, I live in Eugene, Oregon, where a Take 5 just opened in my neighborhood. Because of the quality of service I received with Niah, it’s likely I’ll become a regular customer at the local location. I can easily give 5 stars for my experience. I will say, though, that I don’t think the company should expect their employees to wear black clothing in the desert in the summer. My goodness, please change that!
Had to get an oil change last minute and had no time throughout the week. I had a trip planed for Labor Day weekend and as soon as I pulled up after work I was taken care of immediately. AMAZING customer service, they made sure that I had a water as soon as they took me in and talked to me every step of the oil change and giving me information for my future oil changes and what I might need. Did not take more than 15 minutes. Will definitely be returning again!
