Kayela was amazing and she was very helpful and friendly while remaining professional in all aspects of her job here at Take 5. I was very impressed and very happy with the service she provided and she is an outstanding employee and should be recognized for her dedication to her profession because it shows. From the moment she encountered me at the shop, it was a great experience and I felt very comfortable and trusting to what she had to say. One extremely important detail and one that will keep me coming back for future oil changes was the fact that she did not in any way push the products on me or try to sell me anything I didn’t truly need. Perfect example would be the cabin air filter. Was it dirty? Yes. Did it NEED to get replaced at that time? No. And she said that, which I really appreciated her doing. Thank you for not being a pushy salesperson and just simply doing your job and doing it with professionalism and honesty! Great job Kayela!!
I went on a Sunday morning got right in assistant manager was working along with another guy. Those two guys are excellent. It’s my first time going there on Saturday. I wanna bring all my cars there on Sunday. You can’t beat the price. The guys are world class and they actually talk to you and have fun which makes it even better. ! If I could do more than five stars, I would cause they deserve it!
Fast and easy and always do amazing safety checks when working on my car! Employees definitely are serious about ensuring it’s done right and do a double check. ONLY thing I am NOT happy with is the guys working at this location have ZERO AC???? No swamp cooler working? This is Arizona, and to me it’s unacceptable to have any humans and employees so dedicated to their customers, out baking in this heat. Owners need to step up and FIX that. Asked the gentleman working why he was drenched in sweat with the swamp cooler and noticed myself it DOESNT work. He changed the subject but this needs to be fixed. Your guys work too hard and bring in too much business to not have some cool air.
