Excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The entire team was friendly, professional, and most importantly, open and honest throughout the whole process. They took the time to show me everything and explain what they were doing before performing any work, which I really appreciated. There was no pressure or feeling like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need, just straightforward, transparent service. A huge thank you to Jake, Aiden, Sean, and Carl, the Assistant Manager, for taking such great care of me and my vehicle. Everyone worked together efficiently while still making sure I understood what was being checked and serviced. It’s refreshing to find a place that puts this much emphasis on honesty, customer service, and communication. I’ll definitely be returning to Take 5 for future oil changes. Highly recommend this team!

I also appreciate that they use high-quality products, which gave me confidence that my high performance vehicle was receiving the best care possible. The service was professional and exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to find a shop that values both quality workmanship and great customer service.
