Excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The entire team was friendly, professional, and most importantly, open and honest throughout the whole process. They took the time to show me everything and explain what they were doing before performing any work, which I really appreciated. There was no pressure or feeling like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need, just straightforward, transparent service. A huge thank you to Jake, Aiden, Sean, and Carl, the Assistant Manager, for taking such great care of me and my vehicle. Everyone worked together efficiently while still making sure I understood what was being checked and serviced. It’s refreshing to find a place that puts this much emphasis on honesty, customer service, and communication. I’ll definitely be returning to Take 5 for future oil changes. Highly recommend this team!
Been twice.. the review is for not one but the whole team. I was the only customer as soon as I parked in the stall I noticed I had forgot my wallet at home. The manager and while team still worked together TRUSTED me to come back and pay. I think and felt so blessed 🙌. Got the lunch for them but truly so grateful. Thank you entire team 🙏 Bulldog Matt
This place is amazing I had got a blow out the the workers helped me to the fullest…What was crazy I went to Discount Tires right next to them first cause they a tire shop and was told to drive my car around the corner and put my donut on lol no help at all …Thank u Take 5 amazing
