Mo and Twan provided exceptional customer service from start to finish! Both were attentive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain available promotions and coupons, and they quickly provided my next oil change date and mileage sticker. It was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing and genuinely cared about providing quality service. My car is running as smooth as butter, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I truly appreciate both of them for their professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Mo and Twan. They deserve recognition for the excellent job they do!
Im satisfied after leaving this location with Mo and Antoine who worked on my truck. When I drove up, Mo was ready to greet me with a cold water and asked me how my day was going. I thought that was awesome. They take the time to get to know you and your cars needs. Customer service awesome, and after I thought they only did oil changes… Antoine let me know about the other services they offer and there was no pressure to buy anything extra, just what they recommend for the next visit. Great team, conversation, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Definitely will be coming back to this location from now on.
A week ago, Friday I was in California and had my oil changed On my way back to Phoenix my Oil light came on. I pulled over to check it and it was low so I was told to get a quart of oil and put half of it in not to put too much when I got close to home. I stopped off at take five oil off of Bell Road and Brandon was there to help me. He said you are low but we don’t need to change your oil right now so go across the street and get a 1 quart of oil. I did that and then talked to the place in California that had changed my oil and they told me, not only did they short me 2 quarts of oil, but they put the wrong oil in my car. I went back to take five and Brandon and Mo We’re so helpful and walked me through everything and treated me like I was their best customer. I highly recommend if you need a oil change to go there the team is amazing and the prices are great.
