The first thing that happened when I arrived was that Elijah offered me a bottle of cold water to drink while my oil was being changed. Nice touch! After taking my information, Elijah, Dillon and Jake went to work. Elijah did a good job explaining to me what needed to be done and why (type of oil I needed, etc.). All three did their jobs in a professional manner. Elijah was honest with me that I didn’t need a new filter! They checked the air in my tires as part of the service. All in all, I was very pleased.
These guys make those other jiffy guys look like monkeys playing with wrenches. The ongoing communication between the employees and to me is comforting. Mix that with a welcoming, friendly environment; and you get awesome. Oh also I just bought this beater and wasn't sure my dipstick was correct. The tech took the time to bring over my dipstick both before and after the oil filter filled up to show me exactly where I'm at on the dipstick when filled to spec. Then Joe the manager came and personally introduced himself and thanked me for coming in. You might be able to get a slightly cheaper oil change, but the peace of mind that the employees actually give a crap about what they're doing is well worth the MAYBE 10 bucks you could save going somewhere else.
Everyone was extremely nice, answered all my questions, I wasn't sure if I needed an oil change. They handed me a bottle of water, had me pull my car in, they checked the oil, all filters, explained that I don't need an oil change and filters do not need changing. They topped off fluids gave me a sticker to remind me when to get an oil change and let me know how long my filters will last. All with no charge.
