Take 5 Oil change was efficient and informative. There is multiple garages so multiple cars can be worked on at once, and you just drive up and wait in your car. It’s very convenient, and while you wait they offer cold water to you. Each step of the oil change was explained and the basic fluids that will be checked as well and tire pressures that will be set. The car fax was checked to see if any recalls or history was on the car that I needed to be informed about. They showed me my air filter and explained next visit I may want to consider changing. The cabin filter was disgusting! So much dirt, even leaves were in it. So I definitely changed that. I appreciate all the help, and most how quick it was since I came after work and still had to get home to prepare dinner.
Shout out to the guys at Take 5 on Gantzel & Ironwood ! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable & were smiling in that great muggy 110 heat! They were patient with my car (cabin air filter issues) Thank you Saxton , Dano & Austin! Really appreciate you guys & treating my baby so nicely! Keep them guys happy! Their team work is phenomenal & you could tell they really enjoyed their job.
The guys here are so great. Shoutout to Austin who was so kind when I came with my 8 month old son who was fussing a little bit while they were working on my car. He let me sit in the back with him while they were working and we watched them do their thing. With the line and the timing of the care I’d say I was there maybe an hour at the most. It was a great experience and they did an awesome job. I’ll be back here for the next one! 😊
