I must say I had the best experience getting an oil change ever. I was greeted by Luke with a nice cool bottle of water he was a very polite young man. I wish I could remember the other guy's names that did the oil change but they didn't have their names on their shirts. I don't want to guess the wrong names but they were very polite and respectful. They walked me through the oil change step by step letting me know what their next moves were and it was very quick and easy also the price was great because when I called to make the appointment the lady that took my call sent me a $25 coupon. I will be back and recommend take five to my family, friends and coworkers because it was a wonderful experience.

In and out very quickly. It was very hot 🥵 waiting to get our oil changed and it was only 103 degrees out. The workers are getting heat exhaustion by the end of the day. They need some evaporative coolers in there to keep it cooler and move the air around a bit. They also need more shade on the west side of the building
Service was great. The guys were polite and was very attentive to what they were doing. Great customer service. I have been here a few times what concerns me every time it seems to be all new employees. I am concerned Take 5 cannot keep employees for one reason or another. My experience yesterday was only 2 new employees working. How can they take care of 3 bays efficiently and they could have used more employees as there were cars waiting while you could see they were getting frustrated. The 2 working were great as when I got there no other cars were there
