Oil Change in Phoenix, AZ at 1601 E Southern Ave.

So far I have gone to two different take five shops. And each place the technicians were great. They were courteous and efficient and I could write two or three paragraphs about how they have helped me, but it would boil down to a simple statement. They’re great and I trust them when they are working under the hood of my car. Debra.

This was my first time going to Take 5 and I was a bit nervous with not knowing what to expect, what their prices are etc but both techs “Aaron” and “ Obed” were absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, polite, quick and provided outstanding customer service that I would recommend to anyone. I caught them about 15-20mins before closing time and they still didn’t rush, didn’t tell me to come back in the morning or anything. Soon as I pulled up I noticed Aaron acknowledged I was there, grabbed 2 cold bottles of water for me and my son and walked over to greet us and give us water…that was top tier and I would love to give KUDOS to both techs that’s working hard, taking their time to complete a ONE AND DONE & just overall providing humanity and it seems like this world nowadays lack the basic everyday steps in being a decent human being to others. Take 5 should feel honored that you have 2 employees that love doing their job and love being able to put a smile on their customers faces 🥰 Not to mention, they saved me alot of money on my Audi. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

It's hit and miss sometimes with different crews. They were all so friendly and helpful. They were not pushy to up sell anything, just what I actually needed, offered regular information and advice for my older car for the future. One very nice guy buffed out my cloudy headlights because he had a spare moment and made them look nicer than they have in years. It was fast and efficient service and the vibes were simply friendly and thorough. Been coming here for a few years out of convenience, this was a genuinely pleasant experience.
