The guys at the shop were absolutely fantastic.They were thorough. They had a trainee and the manager did an amazing job at guiding him through the process and telling him what needed to be done. I am a general manager at a flooring store and I train all of my designers how to do sales. The general manager here did a fantastic job at upselling.Without being pushy, they were courteous and very kind, although it was very hot outside. No one wants to sit in their car in the heat and wait around for a service they don't want, but these guys made it enjoyable and I will definitely go out of my way to make sure I go to this specific shop again because I feel like I will get the same level of service every time.
The attendant at the 51st ave & Baseline location was very informative, courteous and overall a pleasure to meet. I know I didn’t need an oil change. I wanted it done to rule out low oil for a related issue. ( turns out I needed to repair the oil pressure sensor ) anyways, I was surprised when he told I didn’t need an oil change. That kind of honesty says a lot about a business. Thank you!
Got to give a shout out to Jermey for the hard work and dedication, got there early had 3 cars lined up and working all by his self. He did a great job need more Jermey’s in the world!! Keep up the great work!!!
