I went to this place to see if they would allow me to dispose of some oil and radiator fluid I had colllected in a large container as I do my own oil changes to save money, in addition to not having to rely on someone else's work or worry that it was done properly. Marcus and the two other guys working at this location were very friendly and extended themselves by taking care of my request on the spot, even offering bottled water to cool off on this very warm summer day. Because these boys extended themselves, I thought it would only be fitting to recognize Marcus and Co. for their generosity, especially considering customer service is becoming a thing of the past, or so it seems. Thank you, Marcus!
Marcus did me right by allowing me to dispose of my oil for no other reason except he was providing excellent customer service, and even gave a bottle of water after disposing of it because it was hot outside. The other two guys working with him were also very kind, so I wanted to acknowledge Marcus and company for going out of their way to help out a neighbor. Very helpful. Thanks Marcus!!
It was 114 degrees outside but these folks were doing oil changes in good spirits covered in oil and sweat. I was pleasantly surprised when my mechanic came over and told me my oil looked good still, but I already knew that. Some places like this have a bad rep because they would tell you that you need more than what you truly need but she tried to save me from spending unnecessary money changing my oil. I explained to her that my car is pretty old so I try to keep up with the minor maintenance to prevent larger issues. She nodded understanding and got right to work. My car said it felt like 119 degrees and even though we were only there for 15-20 minutes it did indeed feel like 119 lol. However we were happy to wait because as I said to the mechanic “not all heroes were capes.” I gladly tipped $60 for the 3 mechanics to split and they of course appreciated it. As a veteran it is nice to see how others serve their areas with honor. Thank you guys again. I’ll see you soon!
