⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had some concerns about the pricing from my last oil change at Take 5 and reached out to management for clarification. I really appreciate how seriously they took my concerns. They took the time to speak with my husband, Gareth, go over the services and pricing, and explain everything clearly. It turned out the services performed were correct, but I really appreciated that management acknowledged they could have done a better job explaining the price increases, discounts, and recommended service intervals upfront. Instead of being dismissive, they listened to my feedback and made an effort to make things right. They even provided me with a free oil change for my next visit, which was very much appreciated. Great customer service isn’t about never having a misunderstanding—it’s about how a business handles it when one comes up. They handled mine professionally and respectfully, and because of that, we’ll definitely continue using Take 5 for our oil changes and maintenance. I was so surprised at this location with the level of care. I originally was just going to get an oil change but while I was there I got added on service and things for my car that I didn’t know they provided. The level of care from a cold water given to me to seeing all the hardworking men communicating with each other while doing the oil change. I’m so happy I came to this specific location because you can tell Elijah and his team care to make sure you’re taken care of!
I stopped by Take 5 after work to get my oil changed, and I had such a great experience! The team took amazing care of me from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. After a long workday, I really appreciated the great customer service and how well I was treated. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
