My experience started when I got a call back from Elijah after trying to reach their location. His level of service and time he took to ensure the needed parts were in stock were outstanding. (3 other Oil Change locations did NOT have the oil filter for my car). There service was quick and thorough, and even about 20% less than I was quoted over the phone through their main number. The communicated what they were doing and what they found at each turn. I ended up getting a radiator / coolant system flush along with the oil change. I'll be going back. I am giving a 10/10 because my service writer, James P., was absolutely spectacular during my visit on June 22nd. I drive a 2018 Nissan Rogue, and the cabin air filter is notoriously difficult to access—instead of just popping out from under the dash, you actually have to go into the center console and remove a screw. The computer system didn't make this clear, but James took the time to troubleshoot the issue. He went completely above and beyond, working in 110-degree heat and navigating around the clutter in my center console just to get the housing out and replace the filter. I am incredibly grateful because no other shop has ever bothered to actually check or replace it; I had wrongly assumed it was being handled during my previous oil changes elsewhere. It was worth every penny to finally have it done right by someone willing to put in the hard work. Highly recommend James and the whole team at this location!
