Oil Change in Phoenix, AZ at 12044 N Cave Creek Rd.

I typically change my own oil. Sometimes though time gets away and is worth paying someone to get the essentials done. This was my first visit to take five. I was pleasantly surprised they didn’t try to pressure sell me any upgrades or anything. Just let me know the condition and let me make my own decisions. I just let them perform the oil change and air filter replacement. Yes, it was definitely more than if I did myself, but that’s to be expected. Convenience comes out of price. I felt that this price was reasonable. Although I will continue to change my own oil. I will definitely be back when I don’t feel like it or don’t have the time. Special thanks to Connor my technician, he definitely has wonderful customer service skills.

Service techs are not without excellent communication between customer(s) as well as between themselves. Oil change time was less than (I timed it) 10 minutes. Overall experience was top notch and professional. With an offering of our most precious beverage here in the zone (while waiting) besides beer. Water! But, this particular Take 5, has a summertime problem for all who work there. That problem is a health risk to employees. That problem is the Arizona morning and afternoon sun, between the month of May and the end of September. These guys n gals in particular, are catching hell. Direct sunlight. This sunlight barrels in from the east and the west, because of the positioning of the building. Now we’re talkin between 105 to 120+ these days. Their air circulation is piss poor. In the shop it’s swamp-cooling. Which blows hot. In the (tiny) office, is air conditioning. Back and forth they go, when business is slow. It’s prime breeding ground for heat stroke. I don’t care if you’re young. It will sink its teeth into you. One thing is certain as well. Not a peep of complaint from these guys. Not EVER. These are hardened shop guys obviously. My main point is this. SHADE! I do t care how Take 5 Corp does it, just get it done. Or sooner rather than later, it will be too late. Get on it! Oh yeah, I forgot. Andrew and Zane were very friendly, professional and efficient. got there end of day, and they worked together to get me in and out in what felt like much less than 10. i hadn’t been to a take 5 before and they were very patient and helpful in explaining their services. They answered all my questions when giving me my options, including their recommendations. I appreciated they took the time to explain the benefit of their recommends without feeling pressured. i’m very happy and for sure would recommend!!
