Stopped for an oil change and was greeted by three person team lead by Roz and Theresa and maybe CJ. Was really one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had maybe in 25 years. This visit was really complete and professional and i told them how impressive it was especially since oil changes have become like dental visits in terms of ranking them on the “things people enjoy” scale. I like how they communicated everything being done. Please i beg you, pay these three whatever you can to make sure they stick around. I HATE driving in and seeing new faces that i have to trust all over again. Roz is a superstar and whoever hired Theresa and CJ know what kind of staff consumers want to deal with. Thank you for the great service.
The manager is extremely nice and helpful and thorough. You never know what the service is going to be like these days, but I have to say yes, this place always exceeds my expectations. I just really wanna say I thank you and appreciate your hard workers and the level of service and care. They still deliver even on the hottest of days. The crew and the lead, which I assume as the manager was beyond excellent service. So thank you again!

Unfortunately, the Sun was also participating in my appointment. 💀 I probably won't go back during the summer because this is Phoenix and it was 111° outside like please be so fr I almost died soo I'd only go back in "winter" since they legit lived up to the 5 in their name I was in and out only slightly melted!
