I initially stopped by Take 5 today just to get a quote for an oil change and to have my coolant checked. I was so impressed with the staff that I ended up having both an oil change and a coolant flush completed. The staff was incredibly polite, honest, efficient, and, most importantly, professional. I drive a Mercedes CLA 250, and I truly appreciated the care and attention they gave to my vehicle. A major shout-out to Jermaine, Nathan, Steven, and Trayvon for providing such excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my car! I’ll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
King and crew took care of both the almost empty coolant and radiator beginning of Sept, in spite of cooling fan repairs at Earnhardt Hyundai end of July, where I naturally assumed these fluids had been taken care of for that specific repair issue. Nope! The check-engine lights were still going on after Hyundai, but not now after Take5. This Camelback and Dysart crew are consistently thorough and respectful. It is reassuring that they actually show you all fluid levels, filters, etc.
First time here recommended by my brother— Went on a Saturday to the Glendale location and had no wait! The whole experience lasted no longer than 15 minutes and I got to wait in my car while it was being done! Steven and Germain did an awesome job, were kind and comfortable, esp when I kept having to make phone calls to double check things. Wasn’t pressured to overspend and again, they were so kind about everything! I also found a $25 off any oil change coupon, so the price came out extremely reasonable! Highly highly recommend!!!!
