Great service and great people. Perfe\nCtional, good mood, an enjoyed being in their shop.They made me and my friend laugh. There was the manager in his helper and then we're just so professional and did just, it was like going beyond. Just oh, you need a new world change that the friendliness was so genuine. Wow, this guy should own the shop, instead of just manage his personality was wonderful. He made us feel like we were the only customers in the whole world and that's really great. 80 end, if you're the owner of this place is God deserves a raise.Cause he's a guy, you really wanna keep around the.You don't give him a raise , somebody else could wind up stealing him out from under you , he is great. We were in the little blue colored nissan cube.
Needed a oil change for my van. We had about 30 min between appointments. Stopped by the Prattville location. Guys had us right in. And done in less than 15 minutes. Had plenty of time to get to appointment. Answered my questions and I had a few. Will continue to go to this location. Have been to other locations. In another state before moving to Alabama.And did use a Take 5 coupon.
First time there. I was there at 7 on a Saturday morning along with 3 others. There were only 2 technicians on duty. They were shorthanded but both technicians were professional and remained in good spirits. I think that helped all of us remain patient. Jojo was my technician. The other guy was good too. Don't know his name, though. Kind of pricey for me, but Jojo gave me a discount which was nice. I would still go back.
