Took my Titan in for a quick oil change, it is by far faster than the dealer, and more personable. Levi did the prechecks, and found that Nissan had failed to check basic fluid levels like power steering, and that they had not put back in ALL the skid plate bolts. Those that were in, were in so tight, they couldn't break them free! So I am here at Nissan making them fix their errors. I will be back to Take 5, because I trust Levi, and he's always done my vehicles right over the years. Best Oil Change service around. You won't be disappointed!
The manger Levi is one of a kind it’s not to many good people left in this world but i definitely have to say I wasn’t expecting his call today we talk on the phone about the issue I had and he ask me to bring my car back he fix the problem in also gave me a free oil change and this is why take5 has been the only place I’d one of my favorite place to go get my cars service 10/10 I recommend them to my family and friends.If you haven’t stop by in got a oil change yet you surely should it’s fast and the worker are nice u want be disappointed
My husband usually takes my truck for oil changes so this is the first time I’ve done it in probably 10 years, I’m spoiled 😬 As soon as I pulled up Erick got me right into a stall, asked me what I was looking to get done then got right to work. He & Joe were phenomenal, super friendly, explained things but didn’t treat me like an idiot. Really impressed with the whole operation & definitely recommend.
