My second visit with these guys and it was just as great as my first visit. Super fast, very nice, answered all my questions and showed me the filters and explained why they needed changing. Totally love going there. This was my first visit. The guys were extremely nice, offered us water while we waited. We did have to wait a little longer than I had planned, but it wasn't all that bad, they were very busy. When it was our turn they looked like little bees buzzing around our car. Literally from the front bumper to the back and everything in-between they went over our car. They were pleasant, and answered all our questions. Over all they did a great job. No complaints.
Just wonderful!! Amazing service and kindness. Kortez was friendly and helpful, took care of my oil change and helped me find the cause of my car's issue, it was just a blown relay fuse. I can't imagine how much others would have tried to charge me. (It's not easy to find such honesty in the car service world when you are a woman, most people try to run scams and tack on extra charges, but not here!) I even saw that Kortez was working to train his team while assisting me and I could not be more impressed. I will definitely be back and suggest this location to everyone I know. Thank y'all so much!
I really hate writing bad reviews but when it comes to my work vehicle it’s a bit of a problem because I frequent take 5 oil change and car wash. I got an oil change today and the engine air filter replacement and was fairly quick but when I got down the road I start noticing it lost power and something was off whereas before I pulled in on a 2025 ford transit I haven’t had absolutely no mechanical issues now I get this oil change and within 10 miles it sounded like a low echoing machine gun especially when I get over 55 mph I also rechecked the oil several times and it was just a little low because it didn’t cover the top hole of the dipstick. I shouldn’t have to babysit someone working on my vehicle and yes it takes 12 quarts of oil so I’m pretty sure that noise is the result of someone tampering with something in which they had no business messing with so it’s gonna be a problem my mpg, performance, cooling. I addressed the issues I was having when I made a extra trip to see if the issues that I was experiencing with the vehicle were a result of a mistake on their behalf and the problem was taken care of and I am not having the issues anymore. Thank you Take 5.
