I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Atlanta Highway in Montgomery. Brandon and Wesley provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was fast, efficient, and they made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s hard to find employees who genuinely care about their customers, but Brandon and Wesley went above and beyond. Because of them, I’ll definitely be returning for future service and recommending this location to family and friends. Great job, guys!

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with such positive energy and professionalism and it instantly made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly, and I never once felt confused or overlooked. As a woman it can be kind of nerve wrecking to go and get services done on your own but they make you feel so comfortable doing so! What really stood out to me was their honesty and approach. They let me know about a few other things my car may need soon, but there was absolutely no pressure to get it done right then and there. That kind of transparency and respect goes a long way! The customer service was truly exceptional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back to take care of the other services they recommended. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and trustworthy service! Shoutout to the 2 guys that were there today!!
