The whole crew took care of me I've been coming there many times and each time I have come they have taken very good care of me recently my AC unit blew and I wasn't for sure if I was going to make it home safe the manager made sure I had enough fluid in my radiator and said Ms Diane you need to go home I thanked her they never tried to oversell me that's why they're getting a five-star rating customer service is outstanding not only by the manager but the whole crew thank you City Ice delivery limited and they won't try and over sell you or push things on you that you're not ready if your car doesn't need it they will tell you if it needs to be topped off they'll tell you that too so yeah I'm a loyal customer thank you very much
I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Atlanta Highway in Montgomery. Brandon and Wesley provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was fast, efficient, and they made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s hard to find employees who genuinely care about their customers, but Brandon and Wesley went above and beyond. Because of them, I’ll definitely be returning for future service and recommending this location to family and friends. Great job, guys!
The staff and the manager Vikki was really nice, they were knowlegebale about what i needed for my car and the service was fast! The customer service was phenomenal. My third time there and everything was the same great service.
