I deal with take 5 oil change only, I have 6 vehicles. I went to the take 5 oil change on airport rd mobile Alabama. And the manager named Brian refused to check my vehicle!He was an absolute rude person. So I told him that I take all of my vehicles to take five in Semmes, and also I use the take 5 in mobile on shillinger rd. Brian said he didn't care go back to them ,and he wouldn't ck my vehicle or top my fluids.,But I would like to say the manager Jason on take 5 mobile shillinger rd has great customer service unlike Brian I will never ever go back to take 5 on airport.
First time visiting Take 5 - incredible customer service. Rob and Jordan were very friendly and answered all of my questions. They did an oil change and made excellent recommendations. I also had my cabin air filters (sorry if the terminology is wrong) changed and my air is so crisp! Thank y’all so much for the service, I will most definitely be making this my go to spot for my vehicle. AMAZING JOB ROB AND JORDAN!!!
VERY Kind - gave every discount available without me even asking. Super fast. Topped and checked on things without me asking. Gave the EXTRA Touch of customer service for sure! Water to me and replaced a few missing tire caps, cleaned my windshield....BIG Friendly smiles from the Whole TEAM who took care of me. Lastly, the manager HIMSELF asked how my experience was and if there was More they could do! Very kind. I will for Sure Be Back!!! Excellent customer service!. 😁
