Wonderful service. The technician explained everything they were doing and it was more than an oil change. I had an issue with the previous Jiffy Lube that changed my oil and they stripped my oil filter housing and the people at take 5 showed me everything that was going on and checked to make sure it was still safe for me to drive. They all were very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
(Translated by Google) The service was great!!! The girl who greeted me was very friendly, and the guy who helped me at the register was attentive and spoke Spanish!!! Haha, what a coincidence, a gringo speaking Spanish! It was nice to hear someone trying to provide excellent service during the oil change. I'll definitely come back here next time!!!! 😃 (Original) La atención estuvo muy bien !!! Jajaja que cosas un gringo hablando español fue bueno escuchar a alguien que trató de dar un excelente servicio en el cambio de aceite la próxima vez seguro regresaré aqui!!!! 😃
Doug was there to help me out first thing in the morning. Even though he was alone he still delivered exceptional service and had me out of there promptly! Will definitely be returning. The pricing is a little steep but the ease of the process was worth it.
