Stopped by Take 5 for a 3000 mile oil change recently. Young staff were proficient in their duties and were courteous and professional. One attendant was willing to go the extra mile by cutting and removing an existing zip tie that someone years ago had applied that previously prevented the glove compartment filter from being removed and replaced. Attendant replaced the tie with a new one, and for the first time in years a new glove compartment filter was installed improving the air quality in my vehicle. I left completely satisfied.

So honestly, it was slow, but that's because they're in the process of hiring new folks. The manager was hired on recently and you can tell he really cares about doing a good job and going the extra mile. Let me know that my steering fluid needs replacing (which I knew haha) and the filter is a bit congested. He also explained that not all of the old oil could be cleaned off (I have a rusty vehicle with some bolts missing) but he did his best and made sure I wouldn't be startled to think it was a new leak. He even cleaned off my windshield. 25% off for military is great. I think Ethan (the manager) is going to do just fine as long as he gets a good crew to work with him. Very observant and friendly. Mykayl, the only other worker I noticed, was also very friendly and is learning well. He's been there about a month and I'm sure will be proficient in no time.
