Karri and Quentin )did my oil change. He was so professional and kind. I insisted on doing this going review. After asking questions found that they are are students interning for hands on experience and certification. I am so proud to see these young me. They are between ages of 17 and 18 doing great things, stating out of trouble and learning a trade. This blessed my soul. I hope the company starts giving them incentives for these google reviews because they did an amazing job, very respectful and professional. My job actually pays us to ask for reviews which brings more people to the business and they get recognized for the good work and service.
Robert greeted me with a cold bottled water, idk how he knew I was thirsty but that was very courteous. Dominic came over and got all my info and he was super nice. He had a different accent and said he was from DC. That was pretty cool. They were fast and efficient informing me of everything. I literally came 20 minutes before closing and they gave me no attitude. As a first timer they may have stolen me from Express 😂 These guys were bomb! Black excellence
I had alot of trouble getting the plug in my oil pan loose, so I took my car to the only oil shop open on a Sunday morning. I explained that I just needed some help with the plug not a full oil change, and they not only loosened it, and sure it could ride back to my house without leaking, but they gave me a new plug to replace mine, as it had started to round off. They were very nice and considerate, and the free water was a nice bonus. Would definitely go back.
