I didn't know Take 5 do so much for your car. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't try to over sale a product or pressure you to buy anything.Some companies lie and wait for a female to come in and prey on them.They topped off all fluids. Showed me the air filter which was sooo dirty. I had to go buy a cabin filter also air filter to put in the car, which I can do myself. I was not charged for these services. I'll be taking my SUV there on Monday.
The gentlemen at Take 5 Oil Change in Irondale were AMAZING! Very professional, pleasant and friendly! Offered me water while I waited, service time for my Jeep Wrangler was quick and efficient. Thanks Caleb, Cody, Chad and Karri for taking care of me today, I will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Michelle
My family and I drove over an hour to get our only vehicle's oil changed. We were questioning if it would be worth it, then we arrived and it could not have been better! It was 10x as amazing as we could have wished. Karri, Cody, Dominic, QP, and Eric were all there and all worked as a team to ensure we could get in and out and that we were safe to travel in our older vehicle. They were so sweet to us and even gave us a discount for our troubles getting up there. I could not have asked dor a better team to work on our vehicle. Thank you everyone at Take 5!
