Great experience. Jessica, CeCe and the gentleman whose name I didn’t get were very courteous. They offered me a bottle of water while I waited. They explained the difference between the types of oil, the top off service in between oil changes and also explained recommended services for the future. I will visit again in the future. Thank you!
They did such a great job with changing oil fast, recommended what products we needed for our car. And told us where to sign up for discounts! We also appreciate how CiCI gave us information on oil change reminders, perks of going to the same or other Take5 locations (since we’re from out of town). Heidi and Cici were awesome!
As a woman, I usually dread getting my oil changed because it can sometimes feel like people assume I don't know anything about cars. But let me tell you, this location is hands down the best! From the moment I pulled up, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and communicative. Even while they were helping other customers, they acknowledged me right away, let me know they'd be with me shortly, and even handed me a nice cold bottle of water. It was such a thoughtful touch. From start to finish, they kept me informed about everything they were doing and explained what my car needed without making me feel talked down to or pressured. The customer service was exceptional, and the whole experience was quick, easy, and stress-free. This team absolutely earned a 5-star review. I'll definitely be coming back! Shout outs to Jonathan, Sean, and Manager Jessica!
