08/0626 Love the Kenosha Take 5. No smart Alec replies like the Racine store employees gave. They were courteous and quick. They worked together also. Again, love the Kenosha store on 52nd St. and 30th Ave. The employees were very kind and helpful. They explained some of the things on my car to me. I really appreciated their help. I felt relaxed during the oil change instead of stiff and uncomfortable like at other places where you are asked to sit in a hard plastic chair and they only speak to you when they show you your filters. I plan on returning and I hope these people are still working there. They were diligent in their jobs and probably deserve raises in pay. 04/17/26 Went back to Kenosha WI Take 5 again last night. Have been there a few times since original post. The service and the employees are so much better than the one we visited in Racine WI. We only went there one time; not going back there again.
It’s really one of the best oil changes you can get around—you can drive up and without leaving your car, it takes less than 10 minutes The most I’ve had to wait is 1 car, so maybe an extra 5-10 minutes Love that they have coupons out regularly and that they give you water bottles Straightforward place, they’re not trying to upsell you—they usually ask if you have a coupon rather than asking to upsell you
I'd like say this is the best service I've received in my entire life. The manager Eric should be in charge of every Take 5 in the the region. The operation was so smooth, every employee was working together getting cars in and out fast and efficient. Eric, the manager was working side by side with employees getting a job done. This is my go-to oil change spot and I suggest everyone to come check Eric and the guys out!
