I had a great customer service experience with David and Miguel! They went above and beyond to help me, pointing me in the right direction even when it was outside the scope of their responsibilities. Their willingness to help, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend them based on their outstanding customer service. Thank you, David and Miguel, for going the extra mile!
David Andrew Darius Miguel and even Carter did a fabulous job servicing my car. Always very efficient and even told me about a couple ooen recalls one I knew of but one I didn’t know was a recall ( I had already gotten this fixed due to failure) while the total price is more than I usually expect to pay for an oil change the service is top notch and much better than just sitting in a waiting room waiting to pay.
Man, I hope his name was Blake! Cause I even asked him to make sure he was really helpful. I’m pretty bad with remembering names so sorry if I got it wrong. He was very helpful, he found a spot on the back of one of my tires that needs fixed. He probably saved me from a really annoying day on the side of the road with a blown out tire! I’ve had plenty of those so thank you It’s really appreciated, especially because you guys aren’t a tire shop! Thanks again. See you soon!
