Needed some assistance with checking my oil level not knowing if I was low or not until i could get my oil serviced so I spoke with jesus and tyker they checked my oil level, said it was a little low & was able to help me get it back up to a healthy level i needed which was extremely helpful and very much appreciated especially in regards to my situation at the time. I definitely recommend coming to them for service. Because they provide good quality customer service service to those in need😃
I absolutely loved my experience at Take 5! As soon as I arrived, they greeted me and my kids and even gave us cold waters. They put air in my tires, cleaned my windshield, and kept me informed about everything they were doing throughout the service. Tyler and Sebastian were especially helpful, friendly, and nice throughout the whole experience. They made sure I understood everything they were doing and were happy to answer any questions I had. They even showed me how to get a discount through their website and gave my kids a snack while we waited. On top of all that, they were able to remove a stripped lug nut that I was having trouble with. The customer service was amazing, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate everything they did and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Take 5! 🙌
