I’ve been coming to this Take 5 for oil changes and routine maintenance over the past year, and I’ve consistently been impressed by both the speed and quality of their work, as well as their generous military discount. Recently, they went well above and beyond. The day after my last oil change, I started noticing an issue with my power steering and stopped by to see if a line or fitting might have accidentally been bumped during service. Instead of brushing it off, the team was exceptionally accommodating. They took the time to inspect the truck two more times at no charge, determined to help me track down the source of the dripping. On the final check, they pulled the skid plate to clean off the buildup and successfully pinpointed an aging, corroded line that had coincidentally let go. Even though the leak turned out to be completely unrelated to their work, their patience, honesty, and professionalism throughout the entire process were outstanding. Having a shop that genuinely cares about doing right by their customers is rare, and they’ve firmly earned my trust and continued business. Highly recommended!

I came to get an oil change and check to see why my truck was running a little hotter than normal. Isaiah and Imalia were incredible. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and real. They gave me multiple options with my services and explanations without pressuring me into something I didn't understand. The whole experience was great. They were able to diagnose my issues and send me on my way with solutions and money still in my account. I appreciate their time and care and friendly banter. I definitely recommend this Take 5!

The whole team is great And they truly work as a team. Zay was my service technician and did a great job getting me in and out of there unbelievably quickly. I was equally Impressed with his knowledge. This was a follow-up v courtesy visit that Take 5 provides to top off all of your fluids. He greeted me with a bottle of water and quickly took care of looking at all the items on their checklist. This included making sure my tires were properly inflated and cleaning my windshield. Zay even.took the time to look up how to turn off the service light for the oil change that usually would require making a trip to BMW. I no longer take my vehicle to BMW for oil changes. I would highly recommend take five and this location in particular. The lady that works there is great as well. I believe her name is Chrissie. And she was working on the vehicle beside me. Such a great team of employees.
