I took my car to the Take 5 over near Lynnhaven Mall. The guys did an excellent job with my oil change as usual and they were all very informative and courteous. The only issue I had which is why I rated that day a 4 instead of a 5 is that of course costs have went up due to this terrible administration, however there were additional fees/add ons and charges that weren't fully explained or disclosed which brought my costs $10-$15 more than I anticipated and in this economy when you're putting premium gas in your vehicle, every penny counts right now. So I'd just recommend the company train their employees to provide better explanation and disclosure upfront vs assuming.
I came here recently and the work was fast and through even with it being blazing hot outside. I would highly recommend coming to the location. Serene was the manager on shift I believe and went above and beyond alongside her coworker Dana and a gentleman that I can’t remember the name. They even found an unlucky animal under my car and got rid of it for me.
Manager and staff were very friendly. There was a slight misunderstanding in the service I requested. They were very accommodating and friendly in resolving the issue! I will definitely be bringing my car back to this location!!!
