Justin was proffessional and courteous. Explained the process and system well of everything. Rae it a 9 out of 10. Still a bit pricey for me but a lot better than most othe places. Coming from kansas id usually be at Walmart but their appointment system only and no walk-ins is killing businessz so this is a second best options for sure. To add i have a 2017 toyota tundra sr5 trd pro so definitely better than most other places, was about 120 ish with certain discounts.
I had a great experience at Take 5 today! My primary team was Gene, TJ, and Sav, and they were all fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and had me in and out much faster than I expected. Devin and Justin also helped out, and everyone worked together to make the whole experience smooth and easy. I really appreciated that they explained everything clearly without any pressure, and they even offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited, which was such a nice touch on a hot day. Great customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
I really was satisfied with the assistances when getting my oil change. The person that started helping me was very nice and knowledgeable letting me know what was good for my oil change. TAO was very very helpful and let me what was best for my oil change. I will be going back to Take One for my next oil change. The other assistants were great also, that work with, but I just didn't get their names. I will when I go back. Thank all of you in advance for your assistant with my oil change. Valerie
