I had such a wonderful experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Lynchburg! The entire team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, helpful, and made the whole experience quick and easy. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service, and you could genuinely tell that this team takes pride in what they do. I got an oil change at this. Take five oil change location recently. Their service was fast, professional, and accurate without trying to upsell me. I was met outside the service bay with a cold bottle of water which was a nice little positive detail of my visit. The whole service took about 30 minutes from start to finish. They performed a complete basic inspection of my vehicle and informed me of some upcoming services that I may need but did not try and upsell these services as urgently needed now.
I stopped by last night on way from work bc my tire pressure light came on and so did my oil light. They helped me right away with a smile. I told them I was in desperate need and they jumped right on it. I dont know what else I would have done if they didn't help since I had to be at work the next morning and it was almost closing time for them. Thank you soooo much..I wish I could remember the nice mans name that was helped me so much. Anyways keep up the nice work ☺️
