Last time must have been a new crew. They messed up by not refilling our windshield fluid, giving us our military discount, and not helping with resetting the panel to show an oil change. This crew this time was greatly being friendly, courteous, and keep us informed. They filled up the washer fluid and changed our windshield wipers. Reset the panel about oil change and put a new reminder on the inside window. Thank you so much.
The manager Chelsea at Take 5 runs the place like a well Oiled machine. She is very knowledgeable if your lucky to catch her if she's not splitting her time between the two shops. In Wills point and the one in canton She's a hands-on. professional and her crew There does an excellent job by her example. She takes the time to teach right there. On the spot, new hires the importance of the details that need to be taken care of on your vehicle. When there's a issue found you can see she can rely on her extensive multi vehicle knowledge, or she will to look up the right information on your vehicle. In order to help you do it the right way. She will fully inform you. What service you need to have done or To What needs to be known to get the job done right They greet with a smile and a water. & At these 108° days you will be able to see that the oil is being chewed up by the heat. And that we all need to be taking better care of the vehicles as a result of the heat wave. And they will get you in and out efficiently. Thoroughly, so you can be back on the road. The current employees as of May 2025 far exceed professionalism than the former employees. They are courteous, communicate each step of the process, and friendly. Not only were they these 3 things, they were kind and accommodating. I had determined never to go back according to the way I was treated, but now I am a loyal customer. Great improvement with the current staff!!!!!
