I take all of my vehicles there be serviced. The people that work there are very professional and pleasant. I love the service that I receive from them. I recommend this location to anyone that needs their services. I'm a repeat customer.
This is an excellent place to not only get your oil and filter changed, but also to receive professional and friendly service. The staff are welcoming and knowledgable. They were also very transparent about what they were doing and why. A special thanks to the assistant manager and the other gentleman that took great care of my vehicle. Most of the places I have gone to have my vehicle serviced have been preoccupied with getting me out of the shop as fast as possible, so they can get the next customer. They barely say a word to you except to collect your money. These folks at Take 5 are completely different. They are not only fast, but they make sure your vehicle is safe and that you are completely satisfied before you pay. They also have great advice, recommendations, and friendly smiles. I have never been to a Take 5 before, but I know they have earned a new customer now! I highly recommend this shop for honest and reliable service.
Pulled up in the Wells Point location Mr.Ruben and his Mgr on duty greeted me with a smile on a super hot day .Work with me and showed me how bad my air filter and explain the full benefit of having a clean one .This place gave me A1 service.
