I’ve been coming to this Take 5 for years and it’s always been a good service experience. The technicians are quick, friendly, and only recommend what’s truly needed. Tristan is always helpful with suggestions on care maintenance. He always greets me with a smile when I pull up. He’s a great leader amongst the team. He’s an asset to Take 5 and I could see him using his skills and experience to manage other locations in the area.
The two gentlemen who worked on my car were pleasant and efficient. Everything was taken care of quickly without cutting any corners. I appreciate their diligence, especially considering how hot it is working out in the Texas heat all day. It’s too bad your facility does not provide an air conditioned area for the techs to cool off in when they are not servicing customers. It’s something your company should consider particularly as it seems to be getting warmer these days.
I always go to take five for my oil changes and I will just say that this location off of Spring Cypress is one of the best locations I have ever been to. Customer service was superb, they layout everything that they’re going to do for you, I love that they are very strategic in how they do everything and their communication with each other is outstanding. They are very detailed and and you can see they have a locked in routine on how they work. Best best best best best take five I have ever been to
