I normally don't ever visit places like this, but I needed my truck inspected and I was short on time so I thought why not? I was immediately greeted by an employee and he told me it wouldn't be an issue they could get it done asap. I sat and waited and sure enough we got started pretty quick. We got done, he printed my paper and as I went to start my truck, it died. They tried to jump me off with a jump box but it wasn't enough. The guys and the lady who were working were so nice and pushed my truck out into the parking lot while I waited for my husband to come save me and my kiddos. They told me I could wait in the lobby since it was already almost 100 outside. One of the employee's who I have now forgotten his name was so sweet and had cables in is car and let us use them. Turns out my battery was 6yrs old and swollen and I most definitely needed a new one. Very grateful for these guys being so nice and helpful. I was truly embarrassed because this has never happened to me. They went above and beyond just inspecting my truck.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Springtown, Texas! Bronson and Angel were both excellent. They were fast, friendly, professional, and greeted me with a smile. The whole process was quick and easy, and they even offered me a bottled water while I waited. It’s great to see such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location—definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Raspy and the crew at springtown take 5 are absolutely amazing they always go above and beyond to get you in and out and they only recommend what they think your car may need to stay running!!! If you need your oil changed or inspected or anything please go to springtown take 5 and see raspy and the crew they will make you always feel welcomed and do one hell of an amazing job
