The techs were nice and quick. I do not like that you have a poster that gives the prices and then when you check out you charge another 8 or 9 dollars for “shop supplies.” Your upfront prices are misleading. I did get a $25 off coupon because I decided to give y’all a try instead of going to Walmart were I usually go. But even with the coupon your price was still about $15 more. I will probably not use Take 5 again, even tho that particular crew was kind and quick, the price matters to me more!

Went and got an oil change on Monday that took a bad turn. Been going here for 3+ years and have never had a problem until this last Monday. One of the techs misaligned my air filter and within a minute of driving off I was stranded on the side of the road not able to accelerate. Thought I was SOL until the Assistant Manager Nyjah drove out and gave me road side assistance and explained the issue in a matter of 5 min. So although it wasn’t a 5* experience at the shop, I’m here writing a 5* review for Nyjah! Thank you!
